Louisiana Pecan Balls 

These bite-sized treats are made with love and plenty of pecans that give it an irresistibly crunchy texture. Enjoy them as a snack or use them to impress your guests during the Christmas season – either way, they’re sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

Louisiana Pecan Balls 
  • 1 cup flour
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Confectioners sugar for rolling

  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl except confectioners sugar. Mix with mixer on low until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes or until set but not brown. Let cool for a few minutes and transfer to cooling rack. While warm roll in powdered sugar. Let cool completely. Once cooled, reroll again in powdered sugar.
