There’s something about smoked meat that makes it incredibly juicy and flavorful when cooked in the air fryer. To add to the smokiness of this recipe, is the honey glaze. - 4 tablespoons honey
- 3 tbs brown sugar
- ¼ cup orange juice or pineapple juice
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tbs Butter

- Begin the recipe by preheating your air fryer to 340°F. While it heats up, place a piece of tin foil large enough to wrap around the ham in the air fryer basket
- Wrap the ham with foil ensuring that the fold and facing the top so it it easy to unravel when cooking is done.
- Cook for 20 minutes on 340°F.
- Whilst it is cooking get a saucepan, add the honey, brown sugar and orange juice (or pineapple). Heat the mixture over medium heat until it boils.
- Add dijon mustard and butter to the saucepan and stir until combined. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Once the 20 minutes it up, remove the ham from the air fryer. Unwrap and spoon some of the glaze over the top, ensuring you get good coverage.
- Wrap the ham again and put it back in the air fryer for 20 minutes .
- Repeat this step once more, then finally remove from the air fryer basket and unwrap foil.
- Generously brush all sides of your ham with the glaze you prepared earlier.
- Place back in air fryer unwrapped on a higher temperature of 375°F for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from air fryer once again and enjoy!
