Ingredients

½ lb. store-bought or homemade flatbread dough

¼ cup pizza sauce

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

4 ounces pepperoni slices

2 tablespoons fresh parsley leaves, chopped

Instructions

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F. Lightly brush each side of the flatbread dough with olive oil and garlic. Place on the air fryer basket and cook for 2 minutes or until golden brown.
